Zoid Cores are an anatomical feature common to all Zoids.
Overview
Biomechanical in nature, Zoid Cores are portrayed across the various continuities as the source of a Zoid's power. It is the Zoid's true form, with its body amounting to little more than a fancy mobile shell designed to house it.
