Blue City is a major city on Zi's eastern continent in the Fuzors anime. Located in the desert, it's fairly modernized and built up with skyscrapers, parks, and a number of Zoid battle arenas.
It's run by a mayor (unidentified, until Alpha Richter takes over the position by shady means), and policed by the Peacekeeping Bureau, who use Zoids themselves.
Piloting an armed Zoid in or around Blue City requires a license, and sport battles themselves are regulated. Zoids are only allowed on some roads, something RD's Liger Zero doesn't seem to agree with.
