Attack of the Winged Dragons is the fifty-eighth episode of the Zoids: Chaotic Century anime series. Hiltz uses his Death Stinger's charged particle beam to wipe out cities and military bases from orbit; Irvine and Thomas counterattack in a pair of Storm Sworders to bring down the Hammer Kaiser.

Notes

• The Guardian Force has two ace Storm Sworder pilots at their disposal but for some reason wants to send Van and Thomas? What?
• Though stated to be more powerful than the Death Saurer, the the precise level of power the Death Stinger displays through-out the series is wildly inconsistant. An example can be seen when it fires its charged particle beam at Ethan Mountain Base, instantly incinerating the entire mountain with a single shot. Later, in episode 60, it uses its charged particle beam to clear a path through the mountains blocking the Ultrasaurus. It fires its beam and gradually burns a hole through a mountain, leaving it otherwise structurally intact, taking thirty minutes to slowly burn through the remaining mountains.
