The Godos is a Zoid featured in the Zoids: Chaotic Century anime.
Overview
Along with the Guysack, the Godos forms the bulk of the standard troops of the Republican army. Its capabilities are roughly comparable to the Guylos Empire's Molga and Rev Raptor units, and filled a similar narrative role as cannon fodder. It is armed with a basic assortment of small-bore particle cannons on its hips, back and tail, and a pair of opposable, clamp-like hands. However, its relatively small size meant it was no match for larger, more advanced Zoids such as the Saber Tiger or Death Stinger. Owing to its loosely-humanoid posture and dexterity, it could easily be modified for civilian use, such as construction.
