Overview
Krukku is the pet of Kotona Elegance. Its appearance doesn't match any terrestrial bird; it resembles some kind of cartoonishly embellished cockatoo, but is presumably of a species that is endemic to Planet Zi. It has white plumage, a feather on its head that sticks up, beady eyes and a huge beak that covers its entire face.
Krukku is remarkably tame; it is never shown to bite, shriek for hours at a time or defecate on a whim in the manner of a un-lobotomized bird. Its husbandry or even how Kotona keeps it from flying away is unknown, as Krukku spends much of its time perched quietly and obediently on her shoulder. Krukku somehow isn't terrified of being cooped up inside the Rainbow Jerk's cockpit, nor is its delicate body crushed by the G-Forces when the Zoid flies around. On occasion, she uses it to deliver messages, much like a carrier pigeon.
