==Overview==
The Liger Zero Jäger is a high performance unit specialised for speed and mobility. It has a sleek, aerodynamic design and is equipped with a pair of enormous ion boosters on its shoulders. These boosters are attached to flexible mounts, granting it the highest maneuverability of any Zoid. Its primary ranged weapons are a pair of machine guns mounted on its face. It sports increased speed, mobility and a higher rate of fire, which it trades for less extensive armour coverage and decreased firepower; though it is technically equipped with the shock cannon of the basic unit, the cannon's actual use is heavily impeded by the facial armour that intercepts its line of fire.

The Jäger Unit includes eight sprues of precolored parts, an instruction sheet and a sticker sheet. It features numerous pieces that can be manually positioned, such as the antennae, throat armor, stabilizers, hip fins, and most notably the ion boosters, which can extend to the sides, unfold and swivel in virtually any direction.
