==Overview==

Fala is a beautiful but evil female bandit who was hired by [[Prace]] to retrieve the [[Shadow Key]] for the Empire. She was portrayed as a ruthless and underhanded villain, threatening the protagonists at gunpoint and taking Fiona as a hostage. She was cunning and treaded cautiously even when she had the upper hand; she withheld unneccessary information from her opponents, correctly assumed that Moonbay would be armed in their first encounter, and attempted to steal Zeke in their second encounter after being bested by the Organoid once before. A skilled markswoman, she fired an expertly aimed shot from her pistol through Irvine's mug to intimidate the heroes. However, she wasn't quite as skilled as a Zoid pilot, succumbing to her rage and flying her Redler too close to [[Caeser]], who swatted her Zoid out of the sky as a result.
